Terms Related To Order
Any product bought from our online store shall only be returned or exchanged with another product from our online store. Products that were bought online can not be returned or exchanged on physical shops.
Any such request would not be entertained.
Returning Products on Sale
Users must note that products on sale are not bound to our usual return or exchange policy. It is imperative that you check the description of the deal / product before making a purchase.
If we fail to clearly mention the process, you may contact us through our official modes for further inquiry. Having said that, do not assume details and we will not take any responsibility for your negligence.
Exchange Procedure
Exchanging a fragrance simply requires calling our customer support, stating the problem with the order, and simply sending the fragrance back to us where we specify during the call. Please note that the sender will bear the delivery costs.
The fragrance is inspected upon arrival. If the claim is accepted, our talented support would ring a bell to discuss further steps. Otherwise, the claim is rejected.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.
Fahaliyas has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as:
- The item is out of stock
- Pricing errors
- The credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
- Or others that you would be informed about via a phone call, text message, or via WhatsApp.
