This page serves to explain the shipping policy of Fahaliya’s and what to expect when you purchase a product from our website.

We deliver your products through Pakistan Post’s Value Payable Post system.
- Delivery charges for 1 to 7 bottles are approximately Rs. 200; however, it could be more or less depending on the weight of the package or sometimes your residence area.
- It usually takes up to 3–5 business days from when you place the order till it gets back to you in Karachi, however, unforeseen circumstances may hinder the delivery process causing unexpected delays. For any delays, we regret inconvenience for our customers and encourage them to contact us via the contact page.
- If after placing the order, your ordered fragrance depletes, our representative will promptly get in touch to explain the situation and help you place another order or refund your amount.
- Once you have placed the order and received the confirmation email, you can not change the billing address or file for a refund / exchange.
- Please cooperate with our delivery riders as they are trained to ring you a bell to confirm location and availability. Again, this information is only to make the service better and easier for you.
- Before handing the cash to the courier, always check the items, their health, and your order. If we have mistakenly sent you an incorrect order, please call our Sales department at 0312-9234844 and plan the correct order accordingly.
- We will change the status after dispatching your order.
- For any complaints about the Delivery Rider, please call us at 0312-9234844.
Please note the aforementioned delivery time, which is 3–5 business days, is only applicable for residents of Karachi. Other cities may experience longer delivery times, which can extend up to 1–2 weeks depending on the circumstances.
